Mash FR750 Roadster

The medium nude of the Chinese Jedi adapted to the French market

749 cm3 inline twin, 74.6 HP, A2 flange, Brembo brakes, 213 kg, 6999 euros

Mash Motorcycles, which entered the motorcycle market a decade ago with a small retro machine at a very aggressive price, has evolved significantly by increasing the number of engines thanks to various industry partnerships. In line with the X-Ride 650, the SIMA brand continues its rise by joining forces with the Chinese Jedi.

The first fruit of this partnership is none other than the FR750 roadster, which is largely based on a similar model from the Chinese manufacturer that we were able to discover in concept form from 2021.

Visually, the FR750 takes up the main lines of the original model, but opts for a rear buckle with a lighter design and a new fork more in line with the tastes of French bikers.

Technically, however, we continue on the same basis with a liquid-cooled vertical twin with double overhead camshaft that delivers 74.6 horsepower and which in the future will also be entitled to a limitation of the A2 to 47 horsepower. The perimeter frame, Brembo brakes, Bosch ABS and Pirelli Angel GT tires also confirm Mash’s desire to offer more premium bikes. The set weighs 213 kg with the 18-liter tank full.

Available in white and red, the Mash FR750 is expected in June at a price of 6,999 euros. It will not be the only seven and a half in the range, because other models must follow, always in collaboration with Jedi.
